Les Frontieres interviewed Kent Based Travel Counsellor Jo Harris - we asked what she does for her clients:
I'm Jo Harris, an Ashford-based Travel Counsellor. What does that mean in reality? I don't actually counsel people - I provide a personal, bespoke and professional service to my clients who are looking to make leisure and corporate travel bookings. After many years working as a high street travel agent as well as time behind the scenes for tour operators, I decided to go it alone - giving me the flexibility to work around my young family, whilst ensuring I'm always available at a time to suit my clients wherever they are in the world. I love getting to know my clients personally, spending time to understand the reason behind their trips and what makes them tick, before building on my knowledge and expertise to craft an itinerary just for them. I've booked holidays all over the world, and love to share my own travel experiences too!
