Blanc de Blancs 2020. White sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay using the classic bottle fermentation method. A light elegant wine with flavours of baked green apple, peach and citrus fruits and a fine mousse. The finish is clean, fresh and elegant. ABV 12.5%

Rose de Noir 2020. Sparkling rose wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is bright pink in colour with a persistent bead. The wine has hints of pomegranates and red currants on the nose and the palate is crisp and refined with flavours of red summer fruits. ABV 13%

Classic Reserve 2019. This dry white sparkling wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes, handpicked from the vineyard in October 2019. It was made using the classic bottle fermentation method and has spent three years on the lees. It is pale gold in colour and displays a fine mousse. It has a bouquet of almonds and citrus with a palette of crisp green apples and a nutty finish. ABV 12%…
