Precision Planning & Protection Perfection: PFS announces 2025 Summer Roadshows

Planning and Protection Topics

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has announced details of its 2025 Summer roadshow series, which will explore planning and protection topics at in-person events in ten locations across the UK.

How well are your clients able to articulate their financial goals? And when did you last go back to basics and consider how protection features in your clients’ plans? These are the two themes set for exploration during this Summer’s Roadshow series, as data suggests that while protection is equally relevant to both new and existing clients, it can get overlooked.

Visiting towns and cities across the UK during May and June, each roadshow promises a day of networking and CPD. The events will bring together leading thinkers and experts to help financial advisers and firms understand how protection fits into a carefully targeted, precise, long-term plan for clients.

Sessions include

  • Purposeful Goal Setting – Precision planning for progress
  • From Rules to Results – Why the Shift to Outcome-Based Regulation is a Win for Financial Planners
  • Provide. Protect. Prepare. Advice for the families of those with special needs
  • Tax Effective Intergenerational Planning
  • The Industrialisation of MPS: Leveraging Technology, Predictability & Adviser Alpha
