Angela Hall - Value in the Data

Les Frontieres were fortunate to catch up with Angela Hall of Insight House.
Following a busy meeting of local business leaders, I asked Angela if she could spare a few moments to give our readers a summary of what she and Insight House do and how they benefit their clients.
Angela explained, "Every business holds customer data. What does it tell you? Do you know how to translate it into something that tells you who your customers are, what they want from you and what to offer them next?
Predict their behaviour and guide their customer journey – it’s all in your data."
