IC24 Support LGBTQ+ History Month

At IC24, our LGBTQ+ Colleague Resource Group (CRG) is much more than just a network-it's a vibrant community committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive space for all LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Whether you're a colleague, friend, family member, or any other form of support, we're here to uplift, celebrate, and advocate for each person's unique identity.

Over the years, we've made tremendous progress in celebrating diversity, promoting inclusivity, and spreading pride and joy throughout our workplace. Our involvement in Pride events over the past four years has been a powerful way to raise awareness, encourage understanding, and strengthen connections both within and beyond our community. The core of our group is our unwavering commitment to ensuring every LGBTQ+ colleague feels safe, supported, and valued.

As February marks LGBTQ+ History Month, we as a CRG are excited to spotlight influential figures in our community who have made significant contributions as social activists-this year's theme. We highlighted some activists during this month and shared these in our socials, we also had a guest speaker, Max Hovey, author and social media content creator who we had a talk about history month and his work and how far we’ve come as a community over the years, however how far we’ve still got to go!
